CE Exemption Certificate

Products that display the CE mark are required to undergo inspection according to the rules specified in the import control decree. To bypass this inspection for the materials they bring in for manufacturing, producers need to secure an exemption letter. This exemption, which is valid for one year, can be obtained by applying to the Provincial Directorate of Science, Industry and Technology where the industrial registry certificate was originally granted. The CE Exemption Certificate is available on an invoiced basis as well as annually.
